Our collaborative research with Amulya Infotech and Gayathri Vidya Parishad in the field of energy harvesting and storage solutions is aimed at making hundreds of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) self-reliant.

We see a synergy in Healthcare and Information Technology (IT) which can help not just patients but also healthcare professionals in discharging their duties efficiently. Our FDA compliance and HIPAA-HITECH consulting services help small and mid-size healthcare organizations become more productive and focused.

We are also pioneering better communication and end-user adaptability in the field of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our Drone technology finds its usage in sectors like agriculture, law enforcement, security systems, disaster management, real estate, search and rescue operations. Drone use is redefining people’s lives in a way never imagined before.

At our research and development centers, ideas meet innovation. We are looking at enriching the world with bright young minds who are driven by a love for technology and for the planet. After all, it is the only one we have.

Education

In 2 years, we have partnered with 10 colleges, opened 10 facilitation centers, and empowered more than 1000 engineering students.

For almost forever, the educational system in India has been criticized for not being optimally designed for the scope of applying practical knowledge. There has always been wide gap between the theoretical knowledge and the practical application of it – a pain point well echoed by the industries.

It is this gap that Coastal ProSoft strives to bridge between the industrial demands and the education system in India. There is a lot of scope in terms of the types of courses: from embedded system training, computer hardware, to microcontroller projects and DIY robotics projects,

students can find a lot of flexibility in choosing a course that revs up their knowledge quotient. With state-of-the-art practical lab training facilities and inter-departmental engineering projects in Coastal ProSoft’s Energy, Healthcare and Robotics divisions, students can be sure to practically test their knowledge and earn their way into applying for major corporations with our successful internship and placement programs.

We have established franchisee relations with ECIL (Electronics Corporation of India Limited), IGIAT (Indo Germanic Institute of Advanced Technology) in providing certified engineering courses training to students with a will to learn and solve problems creatively.

In the next two years, we aim to replicate our successful engineering training model in countries like Brazil, South Africa, Tanzania and Kenya.

Energy

We’re facing an energy crisis – energy needs and energy availability are in severe imbalance. Not before long that the over-dependence on non-renewable sources of energy would have pushed the planet to an inflection point of no return. It’s about time that energy harvesting and storage assumed paramount importance.

With a vision focused on a cleaner future, Coastal ProSoft and its collaborators are committed to finding solutions for alternative energy usage in small scale and domestic industries. These alternative energy solutions will enable small and medium scale industries to achieve energy self-sufficiency. With energy harvesting and storage, small and medium scale industries can dramatically reduce their dependence on commercial energy suppliers.

While we’re working hard to make a smooth transition from fossil fuel-based industrial machinery to renewable energy-based industrial machinery, we’re also exploring alternatives to oil. Vast reserves of Shale in Canada make it an interesting alternative and worthy of our attention. But, Shale has its own set of challenges. Shale oil suffers heavily from sulphur impurities. We’re focused on building a system to filter out sulphur-based impurities and thus making Shale ready for downstream purification.

Employing technology to harness the best of nature, in a sustainable manner is the key to energy scarcity. Through research and development and exploring key areas of alternative energy solutions, we believe optimum energy usage and management is possible.

Healthcare was Coastal ProSoft’s one of the first divisions, incubated with a vision to help healthcare industries around the world become more progressive and innovative through the philosophy of paper-less record keeping in clinics and hospitals.

An important industry like healthcare which touches and impacts everyone’s lives must be fully enriched with innovative software and IT programs and technology platforms that aid effective operations and patient data management. Robotics

The application of technology can be best judged by the minds that apply it. Coastal ProSoft’s Robotics division reinforces surveillance architecture for better communication, increased productivity and in some cases, saving lives. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) can save lives, make streets and highways safer, and aid food production. Since their deployment in the Iraq and Afghanistan, drone air-crafts are improving lives pervasively. The government already deploys drones to track poachers, and protect endangered one horned rhinos in Kazaringa National Forest. Drone use is limited only by the imagination.

The design philosophy of our unmanned aerial systems is guided by reliability, efficiency and accuracy.

Our research and development team is responsive to the challenges and needs of different sectors.
